Job 15–16: Scoffers & Struggle
“My friends are my scoffers;
My eye weeps to God.”
Truth For The Heart
“My friends are my scoffers;
My eye weeps to God.”
Yahweh is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
They will come
and will declare His righteousness
To a people who will be born,
that He has done it.
“O Lord Yahweh, please remember me and please strengthen me just this time, O God,
that I may at once be avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.”
“God has seen my affliction
and the toil of my hands,
so He rendered the decision last night.”
For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction,
so that through patience and the comfort of the Scriptures we might have hope.
“See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.”
