Truth For The Heart
For unto us a child is born,
unto us a son is given:
and the government
shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called
Wonderful, Counsellor,
The mighty God, The everlasting Father,
The Prince of Peace.
“God Himself will be among them,
and He will
WIPE AWAY EVERY TEAR FROM THEIR EYES;
and there will no longer be any death;
there will no longer be
any mourning, or crying, or pain.
The first things passed away.”
And there shall come forth
a rod out of the stem of Jesse,
and a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
“Fear not: for, behold,
I bring you good tidings of great joy,
which shall be to all people.”
“For the Son of Man has come to seek
and to save that which was lost.”
God, after He spoke long ago
to the fathers in the prophets
in many portions and in many ways,
in these last days has spoken
to us in His Son.
And He is the radiance of His glory.
